The adventures of Akira in a world filled with zombies have grown even further after reuniting with his old friend Kencho. While the world is in a state of emergency, the two best friends are living the best days of their life. And the new episode is expected to bring even more adrenaline-filled adventures. However, just like episode 4, episode 5 of Zom 100 is also on hiatus, but this time, the wait is even longer.
Due to a special program related to the series that will be aired in Japan this weekend, the official website confirmed that the upcoming episode will be delayed. However, the new release date has already been confirmed, and here's what you need to know about it.

After a short delay, episode 5 of Zom 100: Bucket List Of The Dead will be released on Sunday, August 13th, at 2:00 am PT, on TBS, MBS, and other local networks in Japan. As for international fans, Crunchyroll has the streaming rights. Here's the schedule for different locations worldwide.

What Happened Previously On Zom 100?
The episode started with Akira playing a zombie video game while Kencho made some delicious food. Taking a look at Akira's bucket list, Kencho added a few things he wanted to do. Akira wanted to cross something off his personal bucket list, so he and Kencho went on a shopping adventure. Their plans, however, took a sudden diversion after they merely averted an accident and found themselves surrounded by a group of survivors who had taken shelter in an underground department store.
During their discussion, they learned that the survivors were flight attendants. Akira discovered a chance to get a girlfriend (another thing on his bucket list) while they were interacting with these survivors. Akira bravely accepted a unique challenge involving Tequila in an effort to entertain and make an impression, while Kencho displayed his outstanding athletic skills.
Kencho developed a romantic relationship with a young woman named Maki, while Akira found himself attached to Yukari. Sadly, one of the females got attacked by the male survivor who had been bitten by a zombie, unbeknownst to others, and turned into a zombie. While Akira and Yukari conversed about some of their childhood dreams, Yukari's life took a depressing turn when she, too, was attacked by the same man. Kencho and Akira decided to leave the place and took a large television with them. Akira added a new item to his bucket list at this painful time: to rekindle his childhood dream and become a superhero.
