Remnant 2 has become one of the more popular games of 2023 and for good reason. You have the opportunity to adventure into many unique worlds. As if that's not enough to draw you in, you can also re-roll your campaign if you want a chance at getting a different world.
Re-rolling your campaign will open new challenges and worlds for you, one of which is the Imperial Gardens. The puzzle in this map has stumped many due to the fact this area feels like one big maze. To find the combination, you're going to have to look closely around you. Here's how to solve the puzzle and claim the rewards.
Location
The Imperial Gardens will be available to you if you have Yaesha, one of the many worlds in Remnant 2, unlocked. If you don't, you could always re-roll your campaign or re-roll in adventure mode. This will be a random dungeon that spawns.
While everyone's map may differ from one another's, typically you'll want to make your way through Yaesha until you reach the Forbidden Grove. Make your way through this area to the very end, and you'll come to a golden gateway on the other side of a wooden rope bridge to take you to the Imperial Gardens.
To get to the puzzle, you will have to make your way through enemies and find your way around the Imperial Gardens. The doors will be locked, so you will have to fight your way to the second checkpoint, then climb up on the ledges behind this checkpoint.
Follow that path until you come to a sorcerer enemy, then jump down to your left, run through the ruins and jump up on that ledge, then run up the stairs. This will lead you right to the puzzle. Be careful as this whole region is crawling with enemies, so you may want to head over to Ward 13 to upgrade your weapons before trudging your way through this map.
If you get infected, use the Oilskin Balm consumable to get rid of the Root Rot.
Location Of Puzzle Combination Symbols
When you reach the puzzle, similar to the Lament Dial Puzzle, you'll notice you will need 4 particular symbols lined up. Some may say the order of the symbols doesn't matter, however, the combination you'll see in this guide is known to work. This isn't to say you can't try a different order of these particular symbols because it might work as well.
Symbol 1
The first symbol you'll find is fairly close to the puzzle. Go across the tree bridge to the left of the puzzle. At the end of the bridge, turn to your left then go straight. After you defeat the nearby enemies, you will come to a stone resembling a tombstone with a blue symbol on it. The following video will give you more instructions if you need them.
Symbol 2
For the second symbol, go back across the tree bridge, but right after the bridge, veer to your right and go down those stairs. You will come to a door that you may have noticed was locked from the other side. Open this door and hop up the ledges on your right, taking down any enemies coming at you. Jump across the ledge and take out more enemies before heading across the tree bridge.
Follow the path, and to your left, you may come to a point in the wall that has a glowing orange portion that you can shoot. Throughout this map, if you shoot that, the roots and rot will disappear allowing you to go through that area.
Head through this new path, opening the chest along your way. To your right will be another area you'll need to shoot to get through. Just on the other side, you'll notice the second symbol to your left. This symbol can be a little confusing, so the following video is here to help you.
Symbol 3
Go back to the second checkpoint near the temple. Down the wall a bit there will be an opening on the right where you can head left or right. For the last two symbols, you will want to go left. Keep following the path down the tree bridge and to the glowing orange ahead of you. Shoot through this and the third symbol will be straight ahead. The video under the fourth symbol will give you a better visual of how to find it.
Symbol 4
Head back out from the third symbol and veer to your left. Hop up the ledges in front of you and follow the path to the right. You'll come to a little opening with a few enemies and the fourth symbol straight ahead of you. The following video will help you not only find the last two symbols but also dodge the enemies you may encounter.
Inputting The Combination
The symbols you just found may not be in the same order that you will input them in the puzzle. The second symbol will be first, followed by the fourth symbol. Next The third symbol you're inputting will be the first symbol you found, then finally the third symbol you found will be last. Rewards
As you've seen in the video, the reward for completing this puzzle includes a variety of items, one of which is a New Long Gun Crossbow which is found by taking a sharp left when you get down the stairs. This weapon deals some major damage starting at 115 before even adding any weapon mods. On the other side of the stairs will be a chest. This chest will hold the following items.
