Previously, fans were treated to a flashback revealing Koby's training with Garp and the former's abduction at the hands of Blackbeard Pirates. And while Garp, Koby, and the others battled against Avalo Pizarro, Marires arrived at Eggland Island.
Now, the new chapter will continue from where the previous one concluded and unfold the events going on in Egghead Island. The spoilers also hint at the events after the attack on the Lulusia Kingdom, a flashback between Vegapunk, Kizaru, and Sentomaru, and Vegapunk's appeal to the Gorosei to save her from Straw Hats, especially Luffy.

After the fierce battle between Kuzan and Garp, where the former was able to overpower the latter, the newspaper revealed the news about Koby's rescue and Garp's disappearance. In the new chapter, people around the world will be shown talking and reacting to the news about Garp's disappearance.
Alongside some random people, Garp's close allies could also be seen reacting to the news. Other news reveals about the disasters taking place around the world. Although the specifications of these disasters are not clearly mentioned, this might have to do with the recent attacks.
The chapter also takes a moment to talk about the Lulusia Kingdom and its surprising vanishment. The place where the Lulusia Kingdom used to reside, now there's just a giant hole at that place, and the sea level of that area has risen. The chapter then takes us back to Egghead Island, where we see a lot of Vice Admirals coming with Kizaru and one of the Five Elders, Saint Jaygarcia Saturn. A heated discussion regarding blocking all the exits from Egghead Island takes place, hinting at the state of urgency in the area.
There will then be a flashback between Vegapunk, Sentomaru, and Kizaru, but the details regarding what happens in the flashback are missing. But we can expect Vegapunk's first meeting with the two of them. As the chapter draws close to its end, York seems worried for her life and pleads with Gorosei to save her from Luffy.
