The four members of the selected group, including Tia, will start a strategy to get Matilda out of the country. Klaus and Lily will also arrive at the scene. Spy Classroom is a Japanese light novel series by Takemachi and illustrated by Tomari, with ten main volumes and four short story volumes released as of July 2023. The story revolves around Klaus, the last survivor of the destroyed spy team Inferno. The show is set in a post-war era of information warfare, where countries must employ all their tricks to survive in a world full of spies. Klaus assembles a group of girls to train them in carrying out missions that have a very slim success rate.

What Happened Previously On Spy Classroom?
When Klaus and Lily arrived in the city, they saw the presence of a strong covet military there. When Welter Barth, the head of Military Intelligence, was introduced to them, he stated that they were looking for a Galgad spy connected to Annette. When Klaus realized the connection, his mistrust grew even further.
Thea and Monika debated on whether to surrender Matilda to the military, meanwhile, Monika offered them another day to make a choice. Later, Annette and Thea were reunited with Matilda, who admitted that her espionage position was to aid Annette and made a promise to retire if they were successful in leaving the Republic.
Thea wanted to be a hero like her savior Hearth, as she sought inspiration from her. Together, they made the decision to save Matilda. Monika was confronted by Thea, who discovered her hidden affection for someone in Lamplight. Thea's intention to keep it secret was accepted by Monika, although she cautioned her against what she was doing. Thea offered Matilda assistance in leaving the nation in exchange for her retirement as a spy the next day. But it soon became clear that Matilda was controlling Thea and her group.
