The next episode of Mushoku Tensei is right around the corner, and we now have an official preview of what to expect from the upcoming installment.
After receiving a letter of recommendation and heeding Hitogami's advice, Rudeus will decide to enroll in Ranoa Magic University. When he arrives at the university with Elinalise, he will be presented with a practical examination in the form of a mock battle against the current students. His designated opponent for this evaluation will be Fitts, a person who, akin to Rudeus, will specialize in chantless magic. The university will serve as a hub for a diverse and outstanding group of students.

Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Episode 6 Release Date And Time
Episode 6 of Mushoku Tensei Season 2 will be released on Sunday, August 6th. Viewers can exclusively catch it on Crunchyroll, and in Japan, the episode will be aired on Tokyo MX, KBS, BS11, and SUN. Here are the scheduled release timings for various time zones:

What Happened Previously On Mushoku Tensei?
Rudeus traveled with Soldat's Stepped Leader company on adventures over the next two years. The culmination of this trip came when he defeated a red dragon by himself. Elinalise came up with Rudeus shortly after and told him that Roxy and Paul had already left for the Begaritt Continent's Maze City of Rapan to look for Zenith. Elinalise journeyed there for roughly a year.
Rudeus made the decision to stay in the northlands until winter had passed before traveling to Rapa himself during that period. He found out about Elinalise's numerous connections. Later, the Ranoa University of Magic sent him a letter. Because of his recent successes, they wanted him to enroll as a special student, but Rudeus wanted to discover Zenith first despite his curiosity.
One night, he had a dream encounter with the Human-God once more. Hitogami advised him to enroll at the University and research the Teleport Incident. Hitogami assured him that it would also assist him with a personal problem. Elinalise agreed, and Rudeus joined her at the university. At the same time, it was discovered that Slyphie, Ariel, and Zanoba were also students there.
