Diablo 4 is a wide game with leagues to go after you've beaten the campaign. There are 50 more levels, two World Tiers, and several item break points between you and the true end of the game. One of these item break points is Uber Uniques, a small subset of Unique Items.

What Is An Uber Unique In Diablo 4?
An Uber Unique is an item in Diablo 4 that is very rare - ranked above Sacred Items and regular Unique Items both. These items are a class agnostic power boost that can take your build to the next level, if you can find one. It is estimated that an Uber Unique has a drop chance as low as 1 in 1000, meaning that getting one can be a Herculean task. However, some places have higher drop rates than others.
All Uber Unique Items In Diablo 4
There are currently seven Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4, all of which are class agnostic. Six were included at launch, and another was added with the launch of Season of the Malignant.

How To Get Uber Unique Items
The drop rates for Uber Unique are so low that most players haven't gotten one. Additionally, you need to meet certain requirements to even have a chance of rolling an Uber Unique.
Requirements For Uber Unique Items
For Uber Uniques to have a chance at dropping you must:
- Play on World Tier 3 Nightmare or higher
- Be level 85+
Confirmed Drop Locations
In addition to meeting the above requirements, you Uber Uniques can only drop from certain locations. Confirmed drop locations for Uber Uniques include:
- Helltide Chests
- The Overworld
- Nightmare Dungeons
In contrast, it has been confirmed that an Uber Unique will never drop from the Purveyor of Curiosities, Vendors, or Grim Favor Caches.
How To Farm Uber Unique Gear
You can farm Uber Unique Gear in any way that you would farm Unique Items, provided that your level is over 85. However, the best ways to farm Uber Uniques is to run Nightmare Dungeons or open Helltide Chests. This is because both have slightly higher chances to drop Uber Uniques than other methods, such as Elites in the Overworld.
It is important to note that while at launch you could target farm an Uber Unique by only opening Helltide Chests of a specific type, this is no longer the case as of patch 1.1.0.
