The Ten of Clubs is one of the Notorious Marks that you will be able to fight against in Final Fantasy 16. These marks can be picked up thanks to the Hunt Board. The Ten of Clubs is a solid B-rank enemy, meaning they will be a good way to hone your skills as you prepare to move up to Rank A enemies.

They are Level 35, so be sure to have leveled up enough and spent some Gil getting good gear before you try to take them on. It is worth noting that one of the Rank A Notorious Marks is the Nine of Knives, which shares some lore with this enemy. If you are struggling with this mark, you can always try one of the lower-ranked options, such as Ahriman. Defeating all the hunts will prepare you for the hardest among them, Svarog.

How To Defeat The Ten Of Clubs

Some good Eikon Abilities to make use of against them are Shiva and Bahamut, as both can be very effective without being right up close to their target. Shiva is more defensive, while Bahamut will give you some good ranged damage numbers while firing off magic spells thanks to its Satellite ability.

Execution

When the Ten of Clubs readies their Execution ability, they will follow up with 4 attacks; be sure to get some distance and dodge to avoid all four attacks before following up with one of your own. When the Ten of Clubs raises their weapon upwards, get ready to dodge as they will cause some rocks to come bursting out of the ground shortly after. There will be a window for you to follow up with an attack at the end of this ability.

Peine Forte

This ability involves circular cracked patches appearing all over on the floor. The moment you see one of these patches start to appear, get your distance from it by dodging away. There will be multiples of them, so be sure not to dodge into another one of them.

Heavy Hitter

You do not want to get hit by the Ten of Clubs, as their attacks can hit really hard. The moment you see them wind up for an attack, either Parry if you're right up in their face, or dodge out of the way to keep at a safe distance.

Reward For Beating The Ten Of Clubs
